Job Title: Trackmaster Inside Sales/Logistics Administrator
Job Summary
First shift, full time, Monday thru Friday. Performs general clerical office duties related to the sale, production and shipment of Trackmaster medical grade treadmills. Includes, but not limited to, computer processing, keyboard entry, filing, telephone communication. As the customer’s direct contact, provide the highest degree of customer service. Coordinate the flow of sales orders from entry through to production, and ultimately, final shipment to customer. Manage customer inquiries and quote generation, sales order administration and production support. Coordinates all Trackmaster treadmill shipments both domestically and internationally.
Signing bonus $1,000. Full Vision is 100% employee-owned.
Qualifications
Must have 2 years inside sales experience.
Must have shipping logistics experience with emphasis on international shipments.
Must have stable work history.
Must have the ability to perform at acceptable quality levels per the Full Vision Quality Management System.
Education
High school or GED required
Associate degree or certificate desired
Skills
Must have good problem solving skills
Good communication skills and ability to work with a Team required
Computer skills required, Microsoft Office products
